Verizon Cellular Sales came at ACS with something of a challenge.  21 stores, in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina needed complete services including carpet and floor cleaning.  Within two weeks every store was staffed,  cleaned and on a regular schedule.  We use ACS for all our bathroom and break-room supplies as well.  Not only did they they significantly beat the prices of our previous supplier, they stock our shelves, manage the inventory and provide reporting on consumption rates.  This is truly a value add company that really cares about their customers.  

Associated Cleaning Services (ACS) was contracted by "Major Industrial Facility"  in January of 2011. Our facility has been very appreciative of the services ACS provides. The professionalism and quality of service is phenomenal.

ACS has taken every question or concern under consideration and has assisted this 600+ acre facility during this past year with top notch services. It is not easy to please everyone all the time, but ACS truly has a knack at doing just that.

Before ACS took over our cleaning, we had used several different companies and none could provide the quality and consistency that we were looking for.  Our customers expect a clean show room and we feel that it is a reflection on our business if it is not up to our standards of "clean".  ACS achieved the goals we set for them and now we are looking to them to supply our disposable goods and begin regular window cleaning.

I have been a customer of Associated Cleaning Service in Savannah, Georgia since 1963, a span of 49 years. During that time here have been three owners.  Through those years the culture of "do it right" has been passed on as a sound business model.

As a property manager I realize in any business invovled with people and materials there are times when matters can go astray.  In those occasional cases I have found that ACS reponsds promptly.  The true test of management is how thoses events are handled.  Joel McGinley and staff are attentive and sensitive to those situations. 

Over the years many of our building tenants have been physicians.  Cleanliness is important to them.  Meeting the physicians's needs reflects on our success as property mangers.  We consider Associated to be an integral part of our team in providing our tenants the service they deservie and expect. 

Business practices change over time with a current hot button item seeming to be "Green Buildings" and "Green Cleaning Practices".  Our long term tenant Bak of Amercia recently revewed their lease and included a section on this subject with certain Landlord requirements.  Across the nation ten building were selected as a test of compliance.  At the tenants request ACS was asked to supply a list of products used and cleaning practices employed.  This information was promptly supplied and we passed without correction!

I believe the stock brokers have a caveat that says "the past is no indication of the future" or something on that order.  My comments are based on my past and prent experience. I am confident you will share my findings.
